Russell Dean was called as Associational Mission Strategist (DOM) at the Tuskegee Lee Baptist Association annual meeting on October 20 2024. Russell graduated from Auburn University, earned a master's degree from University of South Alabama and a master's degree from New Orleans Seminary. He served as pastor of several churches before becoming general manager of Faith Broadcasting where he served for 18 years. He and his wife, Amy, have 3 grown children and seven grandchildren.
We welcome Allison McNeely as our new Ministry Assistant. She will also serve as Clerk & Treasurer of the association. She previously was employed at East Alabama Medical Center.
She is active in the Student and College Ministries at First Baptist Church of Opelika, where she and her husband Brent are members. They are blessed to have three adult children.

Dr. Jordan Hoge
Jordan Hoge is the pastor of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Pastor Jordan began his pastorate at Pleasant Grove in August of 2021.
Jordan received his Master of Theological Studies (MTS) focused in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science focused in Family Studies from the University of North Alabama in 2016.
